- Tutte le tariffe inglese corso deve essere pagato in anticipo.
- Ogni prenotazione è considerata come un corso individuale.
- Se si cancella il tuo corso di più di una settimana prima è prevista per l'inizio, vi verrà rimborsato il pagamento completo dedotte le spese di gestione IELO.
- Nessun rimborso può essere offerto una volta iniziato il corso.
- Se si desidera cancellare una lezione, un preavviso minimo di una settimana intera deve essere motivata. Niente di meno di una settimana costituirà una cancellazione tardiva e comporterà la decadenza di detto lezione.
- Se entro una settimana una lezione di linea che si desidera modificare l'ora della lezione, pur mantenendo lo stesso giorno, Ielo cercheremo del nostro meglio per accontentarvi. Tuttavia, se questo non è possibile la lezione sarà annullato e la decadenza di cui sopra sarà applicato.
- Se nel caso molto improbabile che noi, IELO, non sono in grado di fornire le tue lezioni, verrà offerto un rimborso completo per le lezioni rimanenti.
- Ielo si riserva il diritto di annullare tutte le lezioni in programma, senza restituzione, di qualsiasi studente trovato ad essere in violazione delle norme del vivere civile con il commento offensivo o sessuali o gesti nei confronti di ogni insegnante o rappresentante IELO.
